# biubiubiu

> Send push notifications from any script, cron job, CI pipeline or AI agent with one HTTP request. Self-hosted on Cloudflare Workers and D1, Bark- and ntfy-compatible, with an MCP server for AI agents.

biubiubiu is a free, open-source (MIT) Web Push notification server you deploy to your own Cloudflare account (Workers + D1). Clients are a web app (PWA) on iOS 16.4+, Android and desktop browsers; there is no native app and no hosted service. Send with `curl https://<your-server>/<deviceKey>/<message>` or `POST /api/send` with an API token. It follows the Bark URL/JSON API and accepts ntfy-style publishes (the device key is the topic). Webhook templates (`?template=github|grafana|alertmanager|slack|discord|custom`) turn other services' webhooks into notifications, and a `critical` message with `retry` re-alerts until it is opened or marked read. It exposes an MCP server at `/mcp` for AI agents, with tools including `send_notification`, `schedule_notification`, `ask_human` and `get_answer`; `ask_human` can also take a typed reply (`allow_text`) and require a passkey for risky answers (`require_passkey`). The default master-key mode runs on the Cloudflare free plan; optional multi-user accounts mode needs Workers Paid.
